Notice of Tender - Acquisition of vehicles

NOTICE OF TENDER

(Financing: WAPP / WAPP Budget)

The West African Power Pool (WAPP) has received funds as part of its budget and intends to use part of these fund to make payments under the Electricity Market  for the Acquisition of Eight (8) 4X4 vehicles in three (3) lots.

The West African Power Pool (WAPP) solicits closed bids from eligible candidates who meet the required qualifications (see point 5 below) for:

1. lot (1): Three (4) 4x4 vehicles (minimum 4608 cm3)
2. lot (2): Three (3) 4x4 vehicles (minimum 3956 cm3)
3. lot (3): One (1) 4x4 vehicle (minimum 2982cm3 )

The award of the contract shall be conducted by open tender as defined in the WAPP Procurement Code and open to all eligible applicants.

Eligible and interested bidders can obtain free information and a call for Tender file in English or French by sending a written request by email to: msdiedhiou@ecowapp.org with copy to andorere@ecowapp.org

Technical capacity and experience: A document justifying the completion of a similar contract (for each lot) during the last three (03) years.

Preference margin will not be granted to eligible candidates.

Offers must be submitted to the address below or by email to the secure address: procurement@ecowapp.org NOT later than March 11, 2020 at 10:00 am local time Cotonou. Late bids will not be accepted.

The tenders will be opened in the presence of the candidates' representatives present at the address below on March 11, 2020 at 10:30 am local time Cotonou.

Offers must remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the deadline for submission.

IMPORTANT: It should be noted that all references to the Bank (in the DAO) refer to the West African Power Pool (WAPP).
