Tender notice for acquisition of laptops and desktop computers
Reference: AAO No. F_WAPP_01_2024
The West African Power Pool (WAPP) has obtained funds as part of its budget and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the Contract relating to the supply of thirteen (13) laptop computers (8 AZERTY keyboards and 5 QWERTY keyboards) and two desktop computers (AZERTY keyboards) / F_WAPP_01_2024.
Lot No. 1: Supply of thirteen (13) laptops and accessories
Lot No. 2: Supply of two (2) desktop computers
The West African Power Pool (WAPP) is soliciting closed envelope offers from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to provide laptop and desktop computer supply services.
The award of the Contract will be conducted by open call for tenders as defined in the WAPP Procurement Code, and open to all eligible candidates.

Technical capacity and experience for each batch:
- The Candidate must prove, with supporting documentation, that he meets the following experience requirements: having already executed a contract of similar nature and size over the last three years (2020, 2021 and 2022).
Due to the Covid-19 crisis, PDF offers must be submitted by email exclusively to the secure address procurement@ecowapp.org no later than 08/04/2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time in Cotonou. Late tenders will be rejected.
Bids will be opened online on 08/04/2024 at 10:30 a.m. and the link to the bid opening meeting will be sent before the meeting. Candidates who wish to connect to the link (Microsoft Teams) to participate in the online opening must send a request to the following address no later than 05/04/2024: msdiedhiou@ecowapp.org
Offers must include a bid guarantee in the amount of:
- Two Million (2) FCFA for lot No. 1
- Two Hundred (200) thousand FCFA for lot No. 2.
Offers must remain valid for a period of 120 days from the submission deadline.
