(Financing: WAPP / WAPP Budget)

The West African Power Pool (WAPP / EEEOA) has secured funds within its budget and intends to use part of these funds to make procurement contract payments of four (4) 4X4 vehicles in three (3) lots.

The West African Power Pool (WAPP) solicits closed bids from eligible candidates who meet the required qualifications (see point 5 below) for:

1. Lot (1): Three (3) 4x4 vehicles (minimum 3956 cm3)
2. Lot (2): One (01) 4x4 vehicle (minimum 2982 cm3)

The award of the contract shall be conducted by open tender as defined in the WAPP Procurement Code and open to all eligible applicants.

Eligible and interested bidders can obtain free information and a Request for Proposal (BD) in French or English (at the bidder's choice) by sending a written request by email to: msdiedhiou@ecowapp.org with copy to andorere@ecowapp.org.

The qualification requirements are (see the Bidding Documents for detailed information): the Respondent must prove, with supporting documentation, that he meets the following experience requirements: have already performed a market of similar nature and size over the past three years (2017, 2018 and 2019).

The margin of preference will not be granted to eligible candidates.

Due to the Covid-19 crisis, PDF offers, protected by a password, must be delivered by email exclusively. Tenders will be sent no later than October 13, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. local time in Cotonou to the secure address (procurement@ecowapp.org). Any bids received by procurement@ecowapp.org after the expiration of the bid submission deadline will be rejected.

Offers will be opened via videoconference on October 13, 2020 at 10:30 am local Cotonou time. Candidates who wish to participate in the online opening can connect to the link (Microsoft Teams) which will be sent to them by sending a request to the address below no later than October 09, 2020: msdiedhiou@ecowapp.org

Offers must remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the submission deadline.
