Supply and Installation of Video Conference and Interpretation Equipment

REQUEST FOR BIDS

The West African Power Pool (WAPP) has received financing from the World Bank and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Installation Video Conference and Interpretation Equipment.

West African Power Pool (WAPP) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Installation of Supply and Installation Video Conference and Interpretation Equipment in two (2) lots:

1. Lot 1: Interpretation Equipment
2. Lot 2: Video conferenceequipment 

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers , January 2011 (revised July 2014).

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 1^st, 2019 at 10:00 AM Cotonou local time (GMT+1). Bidders shall have the option of submitting their bids by following secured Email : procurement@ecowapp.org. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives at the address below on november 1^st, 2019 at 10:30 AM Cotonou local time (GMT+1).
